Before Santa arrives, make sure the room is safe, cosy and ready for photos. You do not need perfection, just a little preparation.
Before the visit
Turn on the Christmas tree lights, clear a small space, charge your phone and keep pets safely settled if needed.
For the children
Let them know Santa is friendly and there is no pressure. If they want to sit with you, that is completely fine.
For gifts or props
If gifts are part of the visit, have everything ready exactly as arranged. This keeps the magic smooth and believable.
